In order to ensure a smooth process, make sure you pack the fragile items first. We will bring the tools, tape, and plastic bags that are used to protect the furniture.

We receive calls from 9 am to 10 pm daily. In Marina, DIFC, Business Bay be sure to schedule a pickup during the day between 10 am – 6 pm.

To make things easier, 60 minutes is usually enough time for us to accommodate last-minute requests, and a 2-4 hours notice would be sufficient during Ramadan.

We have 3 time slots, 9:30am – 2:00pm, 2:00pm-5:00pm, and 5:00pm-8:00pm. Some security guards forbid the collection of junk after 5 PM. It is therefore better to be early in the morning, because if we are late, our truck might not have enough space for all the collected junk

It is preferred that you are home when we come to remove the items. Otherwise, if you leave the door open and there is no one present, mark the items which may be taken.

Items taken from homes and offices are taken to our sorting facility. There, the items are sorted, repaired or recycled.
